North Hills Neighborhood

North Hills has been a standout residential neighborhood in Knoxville since it was established in 1927. Known for its wide tree-lined streets, beautifully landscaped gardens, and distinct home styles, it continues to be one of the most architecturally diverse areas in the city.

North Hills is bordered by Washington Pike to the north and Cecil Avenue to the south. The neighborhood is just a few blocks from Interstates 40 and 640 and is served by the city bus line, making it easy to get around town.
